Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70.00.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Fragile & Delicate Items Jewelry items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Pet Product Shipping Larger pet items such as beds and tunnels may ship separately or in oversized packaging. Delivery times for these items may vary slightly.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
